  • How to Receive Your Reward

    1. After completing all quests, the “Claim Quest Reward” button will appear on the screen.
    2. Tap the “Claim Quest Reward” button to access the “Special Reward Redemption Page.”
    3. Speak to a crew member near The Lost World restaurant.
    4. After the crew member checks your screen, you will receive a product code printed on a special redemption slip.

  • Important Notes

    1. Please operate the “Special Reward Redemption Page” while showing it to a crew member.
    2. If you press the button yourself, the screen may display “Reward Claimed,” and the code may no longer be issued.
    3. Be sure to perform the operation only after a crew member has confirmed your screen.
